Nordic Walking Group
Using Nordic Walking Poles provides additional benefits, to those of regular walking. By involving a wider range of muscles, it can also increase upper body strength, consume more energy and claims to be especially good for older adults!! We are a small group of beginners who meet on a fortnightly, rotating basis , for about an hour followed by refreshments in a café.
