Tai Chi & Qi Gong South Sheffield

The Group practice Shibashi Qi Gong, traditional Yang 16 Form Tai Chi and mindful meditation for health benefits, enjoyment and enhanced life well-being. More advanced students are learning the 103 hand form. The class is 90 minutes with an additional 30 minutes for the advanced students and includes a break for tea and socialising. Tai Chi, Qi Gong and meditation have many health benefits and have been shown to; improve stamina, fitness and lower body and leg strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, concentration and memory, reduce blood pressure and the effects of stress, and promote a sense of well-being and relaxation. For members new to Tai Chi we have a waiting list, for members with some experience it may be possible join the existing group”. Please contact us to enquire.
