Tai Chi & Qigong Online

While it is not possible to meet up, this group is an open group for anyone to join in the Zoom meeting at 5pm on Tuesdays 45 minutes. The Group practice Shibashi Qi Gong, traditional Yang 16 Form Tai Chi and mindful meditation for health benefits, enjoyment and enhanced life well-being. . Tai Chi, Qi Gong and meditation have many health benefits and have been shown to; improve stamina, fitness and lower body and leg strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, concentration and memory, reduce blood pressure and the effects of stress, and promote a sense of well-being and relaxation.
