This is a facility for ALL MEMBERS. The room contains a table and chairs, and seats up to 12 people.

The room can be booked on either a one-off basis or regularly on a weekly or monthly basis. The sessions are: morning (9.00 to 13.00) and afternoon (13.00 to 17.00), Monday to Friday only. The cost is £10.00 per session.


There are tea and coffee facilities in the room to make your own. You will need to provide your own coffee, tea, sugar and milk – and wash up, and take them home afterwards! There is also a coffee lounge in the building.


The room is on the first floor, and there is lift access. Toilets are on the same floor.


There is a key pad on the door. Members will be given the code when booking the room. There are cupboards and shelving so small items may be left there. Users are asked to leave the room clean and tidy.
