We play social Duplicate Bridge each Tuesday morning in a friendly atmosphere. Most members come with a partner, but we aim to accommodate the lone player by supplying a standby or bidder each time this occurs. Sorry, but we cannot accommodate beginners – we aim to complete some 20 pre-dealt hands, and need to keep up a reasonable tempo of play.

Our players range from those who have learned the basics to those who have been playing for a lifetime. Our approach is sociable rather than overly competitive, and always in hope of self-improvement.

There is a short mid-morning break for refreshment, with a small charge (50p) for those wishing to partake. We aim to arrive for 9:55 to assist start of play at 10am.
