The bowls season is from the last week in March to the first week in October. All U3A members are welcome. The annual fee currently £65 for existing members or £50 for new members is payable to Millhouses Park Bowling Club. The U3A Bowls Group play from 10:00am to 12:00 noon on Monday and Thursday mornings throughout the season. Bowls are available for new members to play with, and in time members usually buy new or second hand bowls to suit their particular needs. No previous experience of crown green bowling is necessary. Come and join us, learn and practice some new skills in a friendly social environment, and benefit from some gentle exercise.
