The Current Affairs Book Group is a non- fiction book group, where, each month, a different member of the group chooses a book on a current affairs topic to introduce for discussion.
We keep the group at 12 members so everyone introduces a book over the course of one year.
For cost reasons, chosen books have to be out in paperback at least 6 weeks before they are introduced to give group members time to order and read them.
The group has been running since 2018. Below is our 2026 programme as of 12 March.
The last 3 months are still to be confirmed as we like to keep our books as current as possible.
