There are no formal lessons in this group, and we aim to build up vocabulary and ways of expressing ourselves by conversations and reading. Participants are able to discuss most subjects in Welsh, and we generally have one or two first language speakers attending. We spend about an hour in general conversation, and then read and translate short stories, poetry and current news items from the online BBC site Cymru Fyw. https://www.bbc.co.uk/cymrufyw Participants are encouraged to bring material of interest to the meetings.
