Our group will explore Britain and  the World  from 1815 onwards focusing on the transformation of societies following the Napoleonic wars.  

This dynamic and turbulent era of history  covers revolutions and inventions, famous figures, world wars and social history and the sessions  will look at a range of events and changes that shaped the modern world.

At each of our monthly session a member will present a topic , followed by a lively  and friendly group discussion .
