Stamford and the Open Air Theatre

Saturday 15 August 2020 CANCELLED

We return to the Rutland Open Air Theatre to see a matinée performance of Oscar Wilde’s The Importance of Being Earnest performed by the Stamford Shakespeare Company on their open-air stage set in beautiful grounds.
All the seats in the theatre are under cover and no performance is cancelled because of rain. (A T loop is available for anyone hard of hearing.) There will be free time in Stamford to have lunch and wander around this interesting little town before attending the performance. The cost of the trip is £33 per person which includes the coach fare, theatre ticket and the driver’s gratuity.
Please see pp28 and 25 of the Links 195: December 2019 for more details and application details.
